Reporting a problem
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, MyNana app version, what happened, and the approximate time. Include the error message or request ID if available.
For incorrect findings, describe what appeared wrong. Please do not include names, health information, or home photos in your initial support email.
If we need an image to investigate a technical bug, we will explain how to provide it securely and how it will be handled.
Safety & emergency assistance
Support can help with the app and investigate reported errors. It does not provide medical advice, professional home inspections, or emergency assistance.
